• Research and identify potential eCommerce clients through outbound prospecting (emails, calls, LinkedIn). • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team members. • Craft compelling outreach messaging tailored to personas within the eCommerce space. • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and align with our value proposition. • Book meetings and demos for Account Executives. • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and regularly update lead and opportunity statuses. • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign feedback and lead quality. • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs, including outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created.
• 1–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or sales-related role, ideally in SaaS or eCommerce. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re comfortable engaging C-level and VP-level prospects. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo). • Team player with a growth mindset and desire to build a career in tech sales. • Nice to Have Experience working with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce). • Familiarity with the e-commerce SaaS ecosystem or digital retail customer journeys. • Prior experience in a scaling startup or mid-sized tech environment.
