• Design, develop and maintain high-quality software using Unity and C# • Deliver features and systems that enhance the player experience • Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code • Work on technical challenges that support a large-scale live service • Identify opportunities to simplify systems and improve engineering efficiency • Balance innovation with practical delivery • Work closely with Designers, Artists, Producers, QA and Data teams • Communicate clearly, share knowledge openly and raise risks early • Use AI responsibly to accelerate development, improve code quality and increase productivity
🎯 Requirements
• Experience developing software using C#, or strong programming fundamentals • A passion for games, technology and continuous learning • A collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge • Curiosity about AI-assisted development and modern engineering practices • Bonus points if you have: • - Experience with Unity or mobile/live-service games • - Knowledge of performance optimisation or backend/cloud technologies • - Contributions to game jams, open-source or personal projects • - Experience mentoring or leading technical initiatives
