📋 Description

• carry out breakdown and repair work on all escalators within the portfolio • ensure continual operation of escalators • manage the escalator portfolio within the London Underground network • respond proactively to fix breakdowns, aiming for first time fix • liaise directly with customers on site to build working relationships

🎯 Requirements

• qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering • significant experience in service and maintenance of escalators • in-depth knowledge of a variety of different brands of equipment • hold a valid UK drivers license • flexibility and willingness to work overtime • good skills in mechanical and electrical engineering • committed professional with safety as a priority • comfortable communicating with others • curious and adaptable • able to work independently or in a team • comfortable using electronic and digital tools
