📋 Description

• Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go or C#/.NET • Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning • Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems • Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab • Collaborate closely in a cross-functional team • Shape the future of AI applications and contribute to products in a fast-growing startup • Participate in short daily stand-ups and communicate directly with the team • Build clean, maintainable code and scalable architecture

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go or C#/.NET • Open mindset toward AI-assisted software development • Hands-on experience with coding agents • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • English is the working language; German is not required • Nice-to-have: Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks • Nice-to-have: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments
