📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and build strong relationships • Understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements • Collaborate with sales, account management, product, Customer Experience, and other internal stakeholders to align LogicMonitor technology solutions with customer goals • Design scalable and robust technical solutions • Create and maintain architectural documentation and guidelines • Provide expert advice on best practices, solution architecture, and technology choices • Help customers optimize their use of the LogicMonitor Platform • Conduct proofs of concept to test and evaluate new features released by PDE • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues beyond the scope of support • Conduct best-practices training sessions and workshops • Gather customer feedback to influence the PDE roadmap and collaborate on future releases • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations • Empower global enterprises to manage critical IT infrastructure and drive customer success

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15+ years experience required in a similar technical role • Significant experience in IT Infrastructure and/or software development, with emphasis on Compute, Storage, Databases, Networking, Application Services, Big Data and/or distributed computing • Proficiency in virtualization/cloud-native architectures, containerization, observability, and DevOps • Linux/Windows/Network administration and operations experience • Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Xen Server, NetApp, EMC, HP LeftHand, Dell EqualLogic, F5 BIG-IP, NetScaler, Barracuda, WMI, PerfMon, JDBC, SNMP, SMTP, JMX, IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Active Directory, SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL • Hands-on coding/scripting experience with Groovy, PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or similar • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, information, and data flows • Experience delivering API-based solutions • Superior oral and written communication skills in English • Strong technical writing capabilities and excellent troubleshooting instincts • Willingness to travel to deliver onsite training/evangelism • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring new or initial employer-sponsored work authorization; transferable valid U.S. work authorization may be considered case by case
