📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for your product area, aligning with company goals while advocating for user needs. • Drive discovery: get to know your users, run research, validate problems and prototype solutions. • Define success: establish metrics and outcomes and use them to prioritise and measure impact. • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, marketing, and customer success to ship great products. • Keep us aligned: Facilitate product ceremonies, communicate clearly, and manage expectations with stakeholders. • Deliver value quickly and consistently, shipping incrementally without compromising on quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Product management experience in a product-led SaaS company, ideally in a fast-paced or scale-up environment. • A track record of owning products end-to-end, from research and discovery to launch and iteration. • A strong handle on metrics and data – you can talk impact, not just output. • Cross-functional communication skills – you’re comfortable working with stakeholders across the business. • The confidence to push back, validate, and make decisions grounded in user needs and business goals. • Bonus points for having: Previous health or social care tech experience • Dashboarding or heavy data product experience
