Improve your chances of getting an interview by checking your resume score before you apply.
• Set and communicate the Acquisition roadmap, aligned to Bubble OKRs, country priorities (UK and Italy), and the wider product strategy. • Drive conversion rate optimisation across the funnel (landing pages, signup, KYC, PAC and pension onboarding, first deposit) through structured experimentation. • Scale MGM into a reliable, low-CAC channel: extend the promo engine across products, deploy predictive targeting, and improve the viral coefficient and time-to-first-invite. • Own the website, SEO, and CRO infrastructure that converts: automated product pages, calculators, content surfaces, and the platforms underneath them. • Own the wider martech stack (CMS, experimentation, analytics, attribution, tag management, Salesforce CRM and marketing automation) and the roadmap to evolve it. • Apply an AI-first approach to how the team works and what it ships. Use AI to accelerate research, copy, personalisation, and engineering velocity, and embed AI into the customer experience where it earns its place. • Partner closely across the Acquisition Bubble and with adjacent Bubbles (Wealth, Trading, Pension, Application Platform), Brand, Data, and Compliance to ship cohesive, on-brand, regulator-friendly experiences. • Lead post-launch analysis, feed learnings back into the roadmap, and contribute to the unified acquisition dashboard and Steerco reviews. • Act as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies and keep stakeholders close to progress and trade-offs.
• 5+ years in product, with a clear track record on growth, acquisition, or conversion (CAC, funnel conversion, referral, LTV-to-CAC). • Wealth management, retail investing, or fintech experience (UK or Italy). • Fluent English. • Hands-on experience with experimentation and CRO platforms (VWO, Optimizely, ContentSquare, Hotjar, or similar) and analytics tooling (GA4, GTM, product analytics). • Working knowledge of modern martech stacks: CMS, attribution, CRM (Salesforce a plus), marketing automation, and predictive/lifecycle models. • A bias for AI-first ways of working. You use AI tools daily and have shipped AI-powered features. • Comfort operating in regulated environments (MIFID, KYC/AML, FATCA, CRS). • Strong collaboration with engineering and design. Able to influence cross-functional teams without authority. • Data-driven decision-making and clear written communication. • Nice to have • Experience with marketing mix modelling, predictive MGM/referral models, or marketing data platforms. • Some Italian, or willingness to pick it up. • Scaleup or startup background. • Genuine interest in personal investing.
