📋 Description

• Own problems end to end, from discovery and design to production and iteration • Build, test, and maintain features across the stack • Build modern frontend applications with React, TanStack Router, and modular-react • Build backend services with Node.js, Fastify, and Drizzle • Work in a Dockerized TypeScript environment with Vitest and Playwright • Partner with Product and Design to shape products around customer outcomes • Champion AI-native engineering across the Software Development Life Cycle • Participate in the on-duty rotation and improve service reliability • Mentor other engineers and champion engineering excellence • Collaborate with Product, Design, engineers, and stakeholders to identify and solve customer problems • Own a product domain from vision through delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside and have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom, Latvia, or Spain • 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production software • Strong hands-on experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and React • Ability to work across different systems and technologies • Strong full-stack fundamentals, including modern frontend architecture, API design, message queues, relational databases, and cloud • Experience with SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ, or similar message queues • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases • Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex • Strong product engineering mindset • Strong sense of ownership • Strong collaboration skills • Track record of leading complex projects end to end, from technical design to production rollout • Strong quality and testing habits, including unit and integration testing • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Attention to detail and willingness to keep learning in a fast-paced, remote setting
