📋 Description

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy for SoSafe’s platform capabilities • Own the roadmap for SCIM-based user provisioning, SSO/SAML, RBAC, external APIs, and integrations • Own demo infrastructure, including environments, tooling, and configuration management • Ensure demo environments are stable, production-representative, easy to provision and reset, and current with product releases • Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to translate procurement blockers and deployment challenges into roadmap priorities • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Security, and Technical Program Management to deliver reliable, compliant platform capabilities • Define the platform extensibility strategy, including APIs, integration patterns, partner ecosystem, and developer experience • Work with Product Marketing and GTM teams on enterprise-readiness messaging, pre-sales security reviews, and RFP responses • Establish performance metrics and quantify impact on enterprise conversion, deployment speed, and expansion • Ship incrementally while maintaining high standards for security and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS business • Proven track record of owning platform, infrastructure, or enterprise-readiness products with direct commercial impact • Conceptual fluency in SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM, OAuth, and RBAC • Ability to lead credible technical conversations with engineering teams and security-conscious enterprise buyers • Proven ability to prioritise outcomes and balance long-term platform investment against short-term enterprise deal demands • Strong cross-functional leadership experience aligning Engineering, Security, Sales, Legal, and executive stakeholders • Candidates must be currently based in and legally authorized to work in the UK, Portugal, or Ireland
