📋 Description

• Lead the planning and delivery of firmwide technology and business change projects • Develop clear project plans, timelines and milestones to ensure structured delivery • Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, Assurance leadership and operational teams • Track progress, manage risks and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and ensure effective communication through projects • Lead the rollout and implementation of the Inflo audit platform across the Assurance Business Unit • Coordinate system configuration, testing and deployment to align with the Firm’s audit workflows and methodology • Work closely with Audit and Compliance teams to ensure successful implementation and integration with existing systems • Manage the transition to the new platform, including training, support and adoption across the audit team • Support wider Assurance operational improvement and transformation projects following the Inflo implementation • Oversee system testing and quality assurance prior to deployment • Coordinate user acceptance testing and issue resolution • Develop clear documentation, user guides and training materials to support effective use of new systems • Build strong working relationships with Assurance partners, managers, operational teams and external technology providers • Act as a central point of coordination during project implementation • Capture feedback following project delivery to improve future implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant with experience in audit within a UK professional services firm • Experienced working with Inflo audit technology, ideally including implementation experience • Strong understanding of audit workflows and other professional services operations • Proven experience delivering technology or system implementation projects • Strong project management, planning and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable with using waterfall and agile project management techniques • Experience working with cloud-based platforms, system integrations or data migrations • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
