📋 Description

• Manage high-profile and complex operational projects, ensuring PMO standards and requirements are met • Lead and manage delivery of multiple concurrent projects across Pearson Qualifications business • Mobilize projects effectively, manage documentation, and establish governance and reporting structures • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure operational project delivery adheres to quality controls • Drive execution, coordination of resources, identify risks, and facilitate transition to business as usual.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in operational delivery, service readiness, or continuous improvement within complex, matrixed environments • Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, Agile); Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) • Degree or equivalent experience; willing to undertake further professional qualification in Project Management • Experience in regulated or quality-critical operations and continuous improvement projects, familiarity with ISO-related change control preferred • Proficiency with project and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project/Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI)
