📋 Description

• Manage high-quality, profitable consultancy services to Local Government clients from inception through feasibility, design, planning, construction, completion, and operation. • Create, execute, and manage project plans, including risk, change, and programme management. • Assemble and lead multi-disciplinary design and consultancy teams, including Arcadis colleagues, sub-consultants, and client-appointed consultants. • Act as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent (JCT contracts), or Project Manager (NEC contracts).

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification. • Essential consultancy experience delivering projects for Local Government clients. • Experience managing housing, regeneration, or mixed-use projects in London from inception to completion. • Knowledge of project management and employer’s agent services in design and construction. • Experience with public sector procurement and contract negotiation. • Experience working with London local authorities or registered providers. • Skilled in managing multi-disciplinary teams and third-party contractors.
