📋 Description

• Drive affiliate marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth • Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners across targeted markets • Build and nurture long-term affiliate relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance • Develop promotional campaigns and incentives to engage partners and maximise performance • Monitor affiliate budgets, ROI and KPIs, using data to continuously optimise performance • Analyse affiliate results and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns and strategy • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, turning insights into growth opportunities • Maintain accurate financial tracking and provide clear reporting and insights to senior affiliate management • Ensure affiliate activities align with programme policies and relevant industry regulations • Collaborate across the business to align affiliate needs with commercial objectives • Support Junior Affiliate Managers by sharing knowledge and best practices • Take ownership of delegated projects from idea through execution

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry • Experience managing affiliates across multiple international markets, ideally with broad/global exposure • Experience working with unregulated markets • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills • Solid understanding of the online gaming industry, affiliate marketing trends and regulatory requirements • Ability to develop and execute affiliate strategies aligned with wider business objectives • Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to evaluate and optimise affiliate performance • Hands-on experience with affiliate management platforms, such as MyAffiliates, and analytical tools such as SimilarWeb • Results-driven mindset and passion for continuous improvement • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (nice to have) • Knowledge of Malay and/or Chinese (nice to have) • Experience with SEO and competitor analysis (nice to have) • Understanding of financial reporting and invoicing processes (nice to have) • Knowledge of global affiliate marketing best practices (nice to have) • Resume must be submitted in English
