📋 Description

‱ Engaging the client, bid effectively, and efficiently to win RFPs in the traditional market research space ‱ Supporting existing accounts as well as earning new business ‱ Deepening existing client relationships to generate incremental business ‱ Providing excellent customer services to prospects throughout the sales process ‱ Owning bidding process for projects including full understanding of project costs and feasibility ‱ Supporting the maintenance of existing business by managing contracts and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities ‱ Actively networking within existing client contacts for any new business/prospects ‱ Organising client and internal kick off calls, developing insightful proposals and delivering strategic sales communications ‱ Consulting with clients on sample design and business issues ‱ Providing superior customer service by working with Project Managers and Research Managers to execute project specifications and deliver quality results to clients ‱ Managing bid requests, ensuring proper and timely delivery; understanding project costs and feasibility ‱ Collaborating with partners and vendors to ensure seamless project execution ‱ Acting as the liaison between Sales and Project Managers on all projects

🎯 Requirements

‱ Experience in a healthcare agency delivering multi-channel communication solutions ‱ Experience in Healthcare (POM & consumer) essential ‱ A creative and analytical mind, with a proven ability to interpret large amounts of information ‱ Proactive and highly organised, with excellent project management skills and a proven ability to multi-task ‱ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills ‱ Experience with pharma approval software systems desired ‱ Ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team ‱ High level customer relationship management skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships ‱ Media scheduling experience would be of benefit ‱ Veeva PromoMats
