📋 Description

• Implement features that improve MDLinx and drive impact for users, with increasing independent ownership • Contribute to software system design and review other engineers' code • Apply software engineering best practices, including automated testing, clean code, peer review, and documentation • Contribute to MDLinx performance, security, and compliance • Maintain repository context, conventions, automated tests, quality gates, and executable plans for reliable agentic coding • Critically review AI-generated plans and code and identify potential issues • Find repetitive or time-intensive engineering work suitable for AI-assisted or automated workflows while retaining human review for quality, accuracy, and compliance • Troubleshoot pre-production and production bugs with support from senior engineers • Collaborate with people inside and outside engineering to meet team and company objectives • Contribute to M3 USA projects across business units when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field, or equivalent experience in software engineering • Participation in M3's AI training and upskilling; consistent participation is a performance expectation • 1 to 3 years of software development experience, including internships, co-ops, academic project work, open-source contributions, and substantial personal projects • Working knowledge of TypeScript and React, and Python • SQL and relational databases • Version control with Git • Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform; MDLinx runs on AWS, GCP, and Vercel • Hands-on use of AI coding assistants, with ability to describe where they helped and where output needed correction • Interest in media, content production, and pharmaceutical domain, with commitment to learning it • Ability to quickly learn technologies used by MDLinx • Clear communication with technical and non-technical people, and willingness to ask questions early
