• Lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent across all functions. • Proven experience in a people leadership role (preferably as Head of People, HR Director, or similar) in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, ideally in a startup or tech company. • Strong understanding of HR best practices, people operations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels. • A deep commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture. • Experience with scaling HR processes and building teams from the ground up. • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence leadership decisions. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • A track record of creating and driving employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.
