• Identify, prospect, and register new travel agencies within the assigned territory; • Assess the commercial potential of each agency and propose tailored growth plans; • Expand the active customer base with a focus on strategic agencies; • Act as a strategic partner to agencies, serving as the primary commercial contact in your region; • Conduct in-person visits, virtual meetings, and periodic training sessions; • Promote incentive campaigns and loyalty programs to boost sales; • Ensure monthly sales figures show continuous improvement; • Monitor portfolio performance KPIs, identifying growth opportunities; • Work consultatively to maximize results for both partners and the company.
• Previous experience in B2B sales; • Strong negotiation and account management skills; • Proficiency with CRM systems (Bitrix24, Salesforce, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); • English and/or Spanish are a plus; • An active portfolio of travel agencies; • Availability for in-person visits and occasional travel; • Knowledge of tourism products, package operations, and travel logistics.
