📋 Description

• Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on Meta's marketing technology solutions • Drive multiple customer migrations or projects simultaneously • Act as the technical point of contact for key accounts • Work closely with sales teams to develop opportunities based on business goals and industry trends • Implement leadership-defined processes • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and customer issues • Collect customer feedback and translate issues into actionable product insights • Apply product, technology, and business knowledge to build scalable solutions • Build relationships with team members and cross-functional partners • Influence decision-making through data-centric business presentations • Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members • Enable clients across EMEA to realize the potential of Meta's marketing solutions • Translate client business goals into execution plans using Meta's advertising platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer • Deep Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise • Advanced hands-on knowledge of IDP/IDaaS, SSO, SAML/SCIM, provisioning, and access governance • Proven experience leading large-scale, global IAM projects and programs end-to-end • Strong consultancy mindset and ability to translate client business goals into technical execution plans • Ability to advise credibly at both technical and executive levels • Strong technical background across enterprise architecture, cloud systems, security, and integration • Experience deploying large partner integration projects • Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack • Technical Degree or equivalent experience • Must comply with GDPR and applicable data protection/privacy regulations, and Meta's data handling, confidentiality, and information security policies • Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or SailPoint • Preferred: Fluency in an additional European language, such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian • Preferred: AI literacy and familiarity with generative AI tools • Preferred: Knowledge of AdTech, Advertising, or Digital Marketing • Preferred: Technical understanding of Meta advertising products, including Ads and Pages API and Identity Platform • Preferred: Experience with API documentation, calling APIs using scripts, and testing APIs • Preferred: Experience with Swagger and Postman
