📋 Description

• Build technical expertise in the client’s various advertising products, including Signals, Measurement, and Delivery, and provide consultative guidance to clients and internal sales teams on best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues stemming from clients’ usage of advertising solutions. • Escalate potential bugs to product and engineering teams and drive resolution. • Facilitate a high-end customer experience related to advertising bug support and ensure all support SLAs are met. • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows and support processes. • Act as a technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. • Help businesses through scaled service delivery and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 Years+ in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries. • Experience with troubleshooting and ticket escalation. • Experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences. • Experience of using advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery. • Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP. • Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs.
