• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising. • A documented history of exceeding sales goals and building strong, enduring client relationships. • In-depth knowledge of key performance verticals (e.g., finance, insurance, home services, and lead generation). • Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous learning. • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of delivering complex insights clearly to C-suite partners. • Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude required to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment while going the extra mile for success.
