• Proven experience in scaling People/HR functions in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (Series B or similar). • Experience scaling from ~150–300 employees. • Prior experience driving Talent Acquisition at scale, performance management systems, compensation frameworks, compliance, and culture initiatives. • Experience in the SaaS industry. • Demonstrated success building a feedback culture and improving eNPS. • Experience moving a company off a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) onto its own systems. • Prior experience building advanced people systems (HRIS, ATS, people analytics).
