📋 Description

• Own and manage daily payment operations across multiple currencies, payment methods and banking partners • Monitor payment flows, investigate failed or delayed transactions and resolve operational issues • Manage relationships with banks, payment service providers and payment processors, ensuring strong operational performance • Drive improvements in payment success rates, processing times, transaction costs and operational efficiency • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch new payment methods, integrations and payment corridors • Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve payment routing and reduce operational risks • Work closely with Treasury, Reconciliation, Risk and Compliance to resolve payment and settlement issues • Monitor payment KPIs, manage incidents and continuously improve operational processes and controls

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payments operations, banking or payment processing, ideally within fintech or a payment service provider • Strong understanding of payment systems, including SWIFT, SEPA, ACH and international payment rails • Experience working with banking partners, payment processors and payment service providers • Solid knowledge of payment lifecycles, clearing, settlement, reconciliation and payment investigations • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills • Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment • Experience with cross-border payments, multicurrency accounts and payment orchestration • Knowledge of API-based payment integrations, payment routing and automation • Familiarity with crypto payments, stablecoins or fiat-to-crypto settlement • Experience with SQL, payment analytics or reporting tools
