• We are looking for an Account executive to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a sales strategy and building out a team of BDRs across mid-market and SMB sales. • The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing the next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities. • Responsibilities include managing the sales process, reaching out to brands, working with BDRs, creating narratives for sales campaigns, developing client relationships, maintaining customer information in Salesforce, and accurately creating sales forecasts.
• Candidates who have a 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in Martech/Ecommerce field • Strategic individuals with previous Start-up experience (essential) • Working experience using salesforce.com or other CRM and tools like outreach.io • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
