📋 Description

• Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and ensure correct data collection for system-environment understanding. • Map relevant data and collaborate with domain experts to ensure seamless integration workflows. • Run end-user trainings. • Provide technical support during software implementation and deployment. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and technical specifications. • Collaborate with pre-sales, product leads, engineering, and domain experts to ensure successful customer deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science or a similar natural science field. • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in complex software implementation, data management, or similar background. • Experience working with large data sets and data integration tools. • High level of understanding of corporate software environments, e.g. PDM, ERP. • Strong understanding of database design and SQL. • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++. • Excelling problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Dexterity with software tools and data manipulation and analysis. • Creative mind able to think outside the box. • Curiosity to find disruptive rather than incremental solutions to difficult data problems. • Residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU.
