📋 Description
• Conduct proactive prospecting (calls, emails, and WhatsApp with governance), following structured cadences • Qualify outbound leads according to defined criteria • Engage cold leads with personalized, value-focused outreach • Generate qualified meetings for the sales team • Accurately log all interactions in the CRM • Maintain daily activity volume discipline • Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve conversion • Handle objections consultatively to advance leads through the funnel
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree completed • Previous experience as an SDR, pre-sales, inside sales, or commercial support • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce • Ability to uncover pain points and opportunities using frameworks like SPIN • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
