📋 Description

• Deliver live sessions, typically 90 to 150 minutes, mostly online, using session designs and written briefs prepared by the Programme Scientist • Prepare from the written brief at least five working days before each session • Facilitate structured practice, including small-group work, feedback, and in-the-moment coaching • Manage diverse participant dynamics, including sceptical senior participants, quiet groups, and participants who debate rather than practise • Submit brief written session notes within 48 hours of every session • Take part in accreditation before the first client session • Remain open to observation and feedback after delivery • Potentially provide follow-up coaching to the same group depending on seniority and ability

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of substantial experience in facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences in a corporate setting • Genuinely strong online delivery, including running breakout groups, keeping cameras on and energy up, and handling session mechanics • Comfortable delivering material you did not write while following a required structure • Skilled at running practice and giving direct, useful feedback to adults • Reliable, punctual, responsive, and consistent with session notes • Fluent, credible professional English and comfortable with senior audiences • Experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across cultures • A coaching qualification or experience delivering one-to-one as well as group work • Additional languages or experience delivering to international cohorts working in a second language • Familiarity with evidence-based learning design
