📋 Description

• Deliver marketing generated sales presentations over the computer using screen-sharing technology • Develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads • Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner • Follow through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required paperwork and legally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner • Maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued owner satisfaction • Monitor contract processing to minimize rescission decisions

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Private Office in the home for work and computer equipment • Proficiency in English • Proficiency in computer skills, specifically in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel and Team • Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law • Two years plus related face to face timeshare sales experience (preferred) • Experience in virtual sales methodology (preferred)
