• Plan and implement business development strategies. • Conduct industry, market and client research. • Identify business opportunities and generate leads. • Prepare material for sales pitches and client meetings. • Conduct sales pitches, deal negotiations and closures. • Drive business relationships between MatchMove and potential business partners. • Address and resolve client inquiries. • Manage incoming projects and coordinate with relevant teams on project requirements, delivery and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in any related field. • 5 to 8 years of sales/business development in Fintech/ePayment industry. • Strong knowledge of payments, networks and/or prepaid/payments products. • Understanding of network fees and interchange would be a plus. • Effective in the matrix structure and able to use informal networks to achieve results. • High energy, hands-on, detail-oriented and able to work independently. • High degree of self-initiative, proactive and self-driven to drive results. • Able to think outside the box, innovate and differentiate. • Good team-player. • Good organizing skills. • Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced, culturally diverse and evolving environment. • Good English communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills. • Willingness to travel domestically.
