📋 Description

• Own a full Engineering and Product requisition load across the UK and India • Proactively headhunt high-calibre, diverse talent through direct outreach, communities, and networks • Use market insights and commercial context to challenge hiring manager perspectives • Coach hiring managers on assessment best practice • Build and use AI in sourcing, intake preparation, and reporting • Contribute to TA strategy through employer branding, DEI, and continuous process improvement projects • Shape hiring briefs and set realistic expectations on timelines and compensation • Bring market insight and advise hiring leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Significant talent acquisition experience, ideally in a B2B technology business, with a proven track record of successfully hiring technical talent • Experience recruiting in the UK and India, understanding how the two markets differ • Proactively uses market insights and data to drive efficient hiring processes and influence stakeholder buy-in • Credibility to advise and influence senior stakeholders, up to VP-level, with evidence to back it up • Strong commercial awareness; understands the business reason behind every hire and uses it to shape strategy and manage expectations • High ownership and high standards for own work and partnered work • Resilient, quality-obsessed, and comfortable with pace and ambiguity
