📋 Description

• Lead delivery partner implementations and internal strategic projects • Develop project plans with timelines, milestones, dependencies and critical paths • Establish relationships with senior managers, clinicians and operational colleagues across partner organisations • Influence stakeholders, resolve obstacles, and escalate risks or delays • Chair implementation meetings and facilitate workshops • Deputise for the Director of Operations at the weekly internal Implementation Meeting • Maintain project plans, risk logs and issue logs in Asana • Coordinate partner configuration, deployment and user acceptance testing before go-live • Align partners and internal teams around launch dates, responsibilities and communications • Take operational accountability for new services during implementation • Transfer ownership to the Service Delivery team after implementation • Report progress and provide assurance to the Implementation Group and Senior Leadership Team • Lead post-project evaluations and apply lessons learned • Contribute to the clinical governance framework where required • Perform additional duties assigned by management to meet business needs

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years’ experience in project & programme management • Substantial experience in operational healthcare delivery • A relevant project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or Agile • A degree or equivalent experience • Experience developing and managing relationships with partner organisations • Confidence using project management tools to manage concurrent projects, dependencies, risks and deadlines • Excellent influencing and communication skills, including working effectively with senior managers and clinicians • A practical, organised approach and confidence taking ownership of delivery • Proactive, accountable and calm under pressure • Experience using Asana would be particularly valuable • Right to work in the UK • Private, confidential workspace at home • Two satisfactory employment references, including the most recent employer • Relevant DBS check • Safeguarding is a core responsibility of the role
