📋 Description

• Manage qualitative projects through the entire project life cycle, including clients, partners and healthcare professional samples • Facilitate screening, scheduling and confirmation of respondents for TDIs, focus groups, in-person IDIs and online qualitative interviews • Prepare respondents according to client requirements and quickly replace no-shows or follow up with late respondents • Set up and test surveys and screeners, monitor statistics, manage respondent honoraria, and close, audit and invoice projects • Set up and test survey links and redirects, prepare and send sample, conduct quality and audit checks, and manage respondent inquiries and honoraria • Monitor data-collection productivity and quality and produce project status updates and progress reports • Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings • Provide recruitment-status updates and proactively identify fielding concerns and issues • Partner with sales and operations teams to resolve issues and improve study performance • Manage domestic and international vendor relationships to support timely deliverables, communications and issue resolution • Monitor project costs and manage study profitability against budgets • Guide and mentor junior Market Research Project Management team members • Establish and maintain strong client relationships and supervise consistent client excellence across key accounts • Suggest improvements to M3 GR services and offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred • 3-5 years of experience in Market Research • Effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders • Problem-solving skills • Ability to multi-task • Experience planning project timelines • Ability to project estimated fieldwork completion for revenue forecasting • Exceptional time management and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines • Experience in quantitative project management preferred • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Very strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook and Word • Ability to learn new technologies/software quickly • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment • Must be willing to work IST shift hours
