📋 Description

• Lead successful delivery of large-scale event and experience-related venues and activations • Manage audiovisual, digital, traditional construction, and scenic installations • Engage across Owners Representation, Project Management, and Project Controls specialties • Support growth of the project portfolio across the Middle East • Own the full project life cycle from initiation to closeout • Develop comprehensive project implementation and delivery plans • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs • Deliver and maintain progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and partners • Lead planning and scheduling activities and solicit status updates • Coordinate AV and entertainment technology requirements into overall building strategies • Facilitate or attend Owner-Architect-Client meetings and site walks • Conduct risk assessments and mitigation while identifying opportunities • Contribute lessons learned during and after project closeout • Engage senior leadership to maintain best practices and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years of experience in professional project management work at a senior level • Focus on AV and entertainment technology design and integrations, architecture, events spaces, within construction-related fields • Demonstrable knowledge of project integration management, scope management, planning/scheduling, cost management, communication management, risk management, and stakeholder management • Fundamental understanding of AV system functionality and installation process, sequencing, and techniques • Formal project management certification such as Prince2, PMQ, or PMP is advantageous • AVIXA CTS Certification is advantageous • Deep understanding of location-specific ways of working and cultural intricacies of the Middle East, specifically KSA • Experience delivering mega projects and working within complex construction environments is preferred • Ability to work collaboratively and in a fast-paced environment • Ability to plan and execute multiple projects in different phases simultaneously • Willingness to travel to the Middle East region • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
