📋 Description

• Lead the project team and establish the project execution approach • Oversee project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources • Promote an inclusive team and stakeholder environment • Ensure projects follow execution best practices and company policies • Monitor project progress, resource utilization, financials, invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow • Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks and pursue opportunities • Capture, analyze, and share project lessons learned • Formally close out projects and drive formal customer acceptance and contract close-out • Act as the key customer contact and escalation point for project issues • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Support the preparation of customer proposals and bids • Keep up to date with industry and product developments • Ensure projects comply with health, safety, and environmental policies, including Lean 6 Sigma and Power Grids hazard reporting
