📋 Description

• Lead and manage successful delivery of engagements driving customer adoption of Google Cloud services • Work with Google Compute Engine, Google Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, Anthos, and AI/Machine Learning capabilities • Engage executives of large enterprises and cross-functional, geographically dispersed Google teams • Gather requirements and scope engagements • Plan and deliver service offerings to accelerate customers' cloud adoption journeys • Use relationship management, leadership skills, and technical background to lead others • Proactively mitigate risks and resolve issues • Advance projects when appropriate • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization • Embed within customer teams to provide strategic guidance, facilitate technology decisions, and execute projects collaboratively

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience interfacing with executive stakeholders • Experience driving, managing, or delivering IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or other initiatives • Experience supporting enterprise customers in Cloud Professional Services, comparable IT consulting, or program management organizations • History of mentoring and/or teaching others to use process, organization, change, and/or learning improvement methodologies • Ability to create and run measurement systems tracking adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes • Ability to identify resistance and performance gaps and develop and implement corrective actions • Experience integrating change management activities into overall project plans • Adaptable self-starter skilled at creating structure in ambiguous environments • Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills • Rigorous approach to project management for enterprise-level projects • Comfortable being on video in internal and client meetings • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience (preferred) • Experience in value consulting, proposal development, and execution with public cloud providers such as Google Cloud Platform (preferred) • Significant experience in Google Cloud
