📋 Description

• Manage projects from planning through execution, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables • Manage project activities and workflows in Jira and coordinate across teams and stakeholders • Support software and technology delivery initiatives with engineering, product, QA, infrastructure, and other technical teams • Coordinate requirements, development, testing, UAT, releases, and implementation activities across the software delivery lifecycle • Analyze large volumes of data using Excel and other tools to identify trends, issues, and insights • Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, reports, and project updates • Use AI tools for research, analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve operational efficiency • Translate complex technical and business information into recommendations and actionable next steps • Serve as a trusted advisor to banking stakeholders, aligning business objectives with technology delivery • Lead analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for strategic initiatives • Provide oversight of software delivery projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance standards • Facilitate release planning and readiness reviews with product, development, QA, and operations teams • Develop project governance frameworks, including reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication • Conduct impact assessments, identifying dependencies and regulatory implications • Support post-release evaluations and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related role within banking / financial services • Strong understanding of banking environments, processes, and stakeholders • Proven experience managing projects and multiple priorities, including technology or software delivery projects • Strong Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint skills • Experience working with Agile / Scrum teams and familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Highly analytical with the ability to work through large datasets and complex information • Strong AI literacy and practical experience using AI tools • Python experience is an asset, particularly for data analysis and automation • Experience working with technical teams, software development, systems integration, APIs, databases, or cloud technologies is an asset • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership • Proven experience as a Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or Project Manager within the banking or financial services industry • Strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance requirements, and technology-driven change programs • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product lifecycle • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps • Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, or CBAP are preferred • Experience with regulatory, compliance, or risk-related initiatives in banking is preferred • Technical background or familiarity with software architecture and integration concepts is preferred
