📋 Description

• Act as the day-to-day customer contact for asset performance, availability, incidents, warranty topics and regular performance meetings • Monitor LTSA and SLA commitments, KPIs, invoicing and payments • Identify contractual risks and opportunities early • Support the development and implementation of European O&M processes, SOPs, templates, reporting standards and KPI frameworks • Lead country-by-country process roll-outs, including planning, training, go-lives, adoption tracking and corrective actions • Coordinate maintenance planning, spare parts, service partners and cross-country initiatives • Escalate blockers when needed • Prepare performance reporting and dashboards • Turn operational data, customer feedback and lessons learned into improvement projects • Connect customers, local O&M teams and the European O&M organisation to support energy storage asset performance

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering, business or a related technical discipline • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile is a plus • Experience in O&M asset management, process implementation or project delivery within energy, renewables or a comparable technical environment • Solid understanding of ESS/BESS technologies, including batteries, PCS/inverters, EMS and grid connection • Understanding of commercial contracts, warranties, SLAs, penalties and risk allocation • Ability to assess root cause analyses and SCADA data • Analytical, structured and commercially minded • Strong planning, reporting and stakeholder-management skills • Confident English communication at C1 level • Additional European languages are a plus • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
