• Extremely motivated with 7+ years of experience in software sales, account management, or business development, focused on enterprise and global accounts. • Proven success selling enterprise SaaS solutions into executive-level audiences, including CMO, CRO, CIO, and other senior stakeholders across multiple regions. • Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth within large, complex organizations and targeted industry verticals. • Exceptional executive communication, consultative selling, and strategic account management skills, both written and verbal. • Strong technical acumen and commercial judgment, with the ability to quickly learn and become certified on Mediafly solutions. • Expertise in navigating complex, multi-tiered organizational environments and building trusted, long-term client relationships globally. • Experience leveraging Salesforce.com or other CRM ecosystems to manage global account pipelines, forecast accurately, and drive cross-functional collaboration. • Ability to design innovative solutions that address client needs while advancing Mediafly’s strategic objectives. • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills, guiding junior sales team members and contributing to the development of account strategies. • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while collaborating across Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing, and Product teams.
