📋 Description

• Provides proactive and strategic support to a state client • Manages products produced by a team of clinical and operational staff including Finance, Implementation, Call Center and Business Operations • Ensures compliance with terms and conditions of the Agreement and oversees program requirements • Coordinates training of new staff members and provides ongoing coaching to existing Account Management teams • Monitors service continuum including proactive and reactive components • Analyzes claims results and identifies discrepancies, inaccuracies, anomalies, and unexpected consequences

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree • 8+ years related experience and 8+ years of SME in respective area(s) • At least 4+ years leading individual contributors and leaders • Working knowledge of the health benefits arena, government prescription programs, preferably in pharmacy benefits management required • Knowledge of healthcare products and contracts preferred • Intermediate to advanced computer skills; proficient with MS Office/Outlook and the use of databases
