• Technical and disciplinary leadership and development of the sales team • Define sales targets together with the team and ensure their achievement through coaching and monitoring • Ensure smooth coordination of sales activities in collaboration with inside sales, product management and marketing • Monitor market and competitive trends and use insights to shape new sales strategies • Actively support key customer meetings and contract negotiations • Regular field visits in the sales territory, provide constructive feedback and foster a positive sales culture • Prepare reports, analyze sales KPIs and derive concrete measures for optimization
• Leadership experience as a team leader, regional manager or in a comparable role • Ability to communicate respectfully and on equal footing, strong negotiation skills and a good sense for customer needs • Several years of sales experience (e.g., project coordination, project management, field sales) — ideally in photovoltaics or a comparable technical environment • Ability to organize independently and quickly get oriented in new situations and with different stakeholders • Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment • Excellent German language skills (C1)
