• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of mid-market accounts through proactive prospecting and lead follow-up • Identify and develop new sales opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing relationships • Conduct effective discovery conversations to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and close • Work with sales leadership to execute our go-to-market strategy and meet revenue goals • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience • Keep Salesforce/CRM data accurate and up to date for forecasting and performance tracking • Represent the company at industry events and through partner networks to expand reach and visibility
• 3-6 years of sales experience in SaaS or technology solutions, ideally focused on mid-market customers • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - both written and verbal • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with a global team • A genuine interest in technology and helping customers solve complex challenges. • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools • Prior exposure to application security, software development, or DevOps environments is a plus
