📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering & research) • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies • Source and engage top talent across North America • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process • Track and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency • Identify, engage, and close exceptional candidates in AI, machine learning, and software engineering • Work closely with hiring managers to build strategic sourcing plans and drive hiring decisions • Shape the hiring process to scale Meshy’s research and engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (in-house or agency), preferably hiring for engineering and research roles • Strong understanding of technical skill sets (e.g., Python, ML frameworks, distributed systems) and ability to speak credibly with technical candidates • Proven success hiring for North America-based roles in competitive markets • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Experience hiring for startups, especially in AI or deep tech industries (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with modern ATS tools and recruiting analytics platforms (nice-to-have) • Comfortable adapting quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (nice-to-have) • Located in CA, WA, NY, NJ, TX, MA (preferred) • Strategic sourcer and closer; ability to guide candidates through the funnel with clarity and empathy • Self-directed and able to take ownership without micromanagement • Care deeply about candidate experience, company culture, and long-term team fit • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building processes from scratch
