• As an Account Executive for our SMB Segment (internally we call you a Sales Manager) • Your role isn’t just about selling—it’s about owning your pipeline, driving outbound success, and executing a strategic sales process to exceed your targets. • This is an opportunity-driven, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. • We’re looking for a sales professional who is relentlessly driven, strategic and data-focused, a problem solver by nature, comfortable with change, an expert at stakeholder engagement, and always learning and improving.
• Have a proven track record of exceeding €250k+ ARR quotas, with ownership over outbound pipeline generation. • Have consistently closed deals averaging €5,000+ in value, in a multi-step but fast-paced sales cycle. • Can engage, influence, and close multi-stakeholder deals, tailoring your approach to different personas. • Are fluent in English and German. • Are comfortable with data-driven sales execution, leveraging pipeline analytics to optimize performance. • Are naturally curious and adaptable, with a strong problem-solving mindset. • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-velocity sales environment, where ambiguity is an opportunity, not a blocker.
