• Network Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain complex IP networks in the Reno area. • Configuration and Troubleshooting: Configure and optimize MikroTik routers, switches, and other networking equipment. • Security Implementation: Implement robust security measures to safeguard the network infrastructure. • Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor network performance and analyze data to ensure optimal functionality. • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures. • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT support, system administrators, and security professionals. • Training and Support: Provide training and support to junior engineers and other team members.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Proven experience as a MikroTik IP Engineer or similar role. • In-depth knowledge of MikroTik RouterOS and related networking technologies. • Strong understanding of IP protocols, routing, and subnetting. • Experience in designing and implementing secure and scalable networks. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Certifications such as MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) and MikroTik Certified Routing Engineer (MTCRE) are a plus.
