📋 Description

• Own and maintain the Retirement roadmap • Identify, frame, and prioritise customer problems • Lead product discovery for new opportunities • Define clear product requirements and success metrics • Work closely with Engineering and Design throughout delivery • Improve key parts of the Moneybox pension experience • Ensure product changes are compliant and operationally robust • Monitor product performance and customer behaviour

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in Product Management • Strong customer and product judgement • Strong analytical capability • Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Good judgement in a regulated environment • High ownership and curiosity
