📋 Description

• Build and maintain foundational services every product team depends on: authentication, single sign-on, safe release tooling, notification delivery, and the systems that turn regulatory obligations like GDPR into working code • Get to know the platform deeply and ship a meaningful contribution to core services • Take ownership of a workstream, improving SSO integration or advancing the preference and consent centre • Shape the roadmap, support teammates, and visibly reduce friction and risk for product teams across the organisation

🎯 Requirements

• solid backend experience — strong data modelling, clean API design, and an eye for well-drawn system boundaries • Experience in cloud environments and comfortable with containerised infrastructure • Ability to write code that others can read, maintain, and build on • Reasoning about authentication and authorisation flows, understanding their security trade-offs • Experience with concepts like OAuth or SSO in a B2B context • Productivity in TypeScript from day one; experience with Elixir is a plus • Familiarity with event-driven systems or a history of pulling shared services out of a monolith
