📋 Description

• Define and review the Application Management strategy for SAP and other business applications. • Design new services, service components and tools in the application management domain. • Serve as innovation lead for the application management area. • Maintain and further develop templates for service certificates and presentations. • Support pre-sales activities for new customers in the Application Management area. • Manage parts of projects or act as project manager for customer or internal projects. • Support the strategic development of the Managed Services area.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics (Business Information Systems) or a comparable qualification and/or relevant professional experience. • Several years of experience in SAP application management and experience in presales for application management. • Experience in managed IT/SAP Managed Services, outsourcing, and certifications in ITIL and Project Management are an advantage. • Strong solution orientation and leadership skills, with excellent communication abilities. • High degree of independence and flexibility, combined with strong customer focus and persuasive skills. • Business fluent in German and English. • Confident user of PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
