📋 Description

• Join Colibri Digital as a highly skilled Full Stack Developer in a high-impact, client-facing capacity • Work on a 6-month contract • Build and operate multi-tenant platforms across numerous customer environments • Deliver robust and scalable platforms with zero-downtime deployments • Design and implement software for cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments • Manage offline content, mirroring, and provenance • Implement HA stateful deployments with backup/restore and replication • Work with Kubernetes primitives, debug live issues, and use infrastructure as code for deployment • Design APIs, CLIs, and SDKs across multi-service systems with versioning and backward compatibility • Build systems that execute user code safely and securely using sandboxing and isolation • Design and implement authentication and access control, including OIDC and RBAC • Participate in security testing and compliance workflows • Provide QoS guarantees, monitoring, alerting, and production observability • Understand customer needs and translate them into technical specifications • Mentor engineers and facilitate technical decisions • Drive incremental improvement rather than large-scale redesigns • Collaborate on advanced data and AI solutions for clients across finance, healthcare, logistics, government, and technology • Help design, build, and scale intelligent systems and support Generative and Applied AI adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and operating multi-tenant platforms, including robust and scalable platforms with zero-downtime deployments across numerous customer environments • Strong software engineering foundations; ability to write clean, maintainable, testable code and solid understanding of system design • Strong command of Go and working knowledge of Python • Understanding of software operating in cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments, including offline content, mirroring, and provenance • Experience with HA stateful deployments, including backup/restore and replication • Fundamental understanding of Kubernetes primitives, live issue debugging, and infrastructure as code • Experience designing APIs, CLIs, and SDKs across multi-service systems, with attention to versioning and backward compatibility • Experience building systems that execute user code safely, robustly, and securely, including sandboxing, isolation, and threat models • Experience designing for security requirements, including authentication and access control such as OIDC and RBAC • Experience participating in security testing and compliance workflows • Experience providing QoS guarantees, implementing monitoring and alerting, and optimizing production observability • Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and translate them into technical specifications • Experience mentoring engineers and facilitating technical decisions • Ability to work incrementally through continuous improvement while balancing detailed and strategic perspectives • Nice-to-have: comfort with Rust • Nice-to-have: mastery of additional high-performance compiled languages such as Rust or C++ • Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with developer environments, Git hosting platforms such as Gitea or GitLab, workspace tooling such as Coder or JupyterLab, and package registries such as Harbor or Nexus • Nice-to-have: experience with GPU/CUDA-aware environments and Python dependency management • Nice-to-have: understanding of 3D geometry processing, including meshes and point clouds, and data structures used in physics-based simulations • Nice-to-have: experience with fuzzing, deterministic simulation testing, or fault injection in production systems • Nice-to-have: diagnosing performance bottlenecks in data processing and storage systems • Must be based in the UK
