📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end supplier lifecycle for the Group • Bring new suppliers on board safely and evidence regulatory, security and contractual obligations • Ensure services paid for are delivered • Own Vanta as the single source of truth for supplier risk, contract management and renewals • Operate and improve a risk-tiered supplier due diligence framework • Assess and re-assess critical suppliers and maintain documented risk positions • Deliver a documented supplier onboarding route and meet onboarding SLAs • Own SLA/KPI reporting, service reviews, issue and remediation tracking • Evidence supplier compliance with TSA obligations, ISO 27001 controls and wider regulatory requirements • Maintain audit-ready evidence and support internal and external audits and customer assurance requests • Lead Vanta setup, configuration, rollout, training and adoption • Maintain the contract register and renewals pipeline • Support renegotiation, consolidation and savings opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in supplier / third-party risk management or procurement operations • Hands-on supplier due diligence and onboarding in a regulated environment • Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security assessment of suppliers • Contract management experience: registers, obligations, renewals and negotiation support • Confident using GRC or supplier management platforms (Vanta or similar) • Strong data discipline and accurate record keeping • Experience of businesses with requirements of regulatory compliance, e.g. TSA, ISO 27001 or similar (desirable) • Experience implementing a new system and driving adoption across a business (desirable)
