📋 Description

• Own day-to-day HubSpot administration and platform management • Manage users, permissions, properties, views, pipelines, stages, forms, lists, and system settings • Ensure HubSpot is structured, maintained, and operating effectively across teams • Maintain high standards of CRM data quality and hygiene • Monitor and resolve data issues proactively • Build and maintain reports and dashboards across sales and marketing performance • Deliver reporting on pipeline and forecasting, lead flow, conversion, and team KPIs • Support the build, testing, monitoring, and optimisation of HubSpot workflows and automation • Act as the first point of contact for HubSpot-related questions and troubleshooting • Create and maintain clear process documentation and user guides • Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience administering Hubspot CRM, ideally within RevOps, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations. • Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations processes • Experience in building reports, dashboards and creating workflows in Hubspot • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Ability to work-cross functionally with sales, marketing and leadership teams
