📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end execution, delivery governance, and operational shape of NatWest Boxed’s AI initiatives • Own the overall programme management and delivery roadmap for the Boxed AI programme • Align execution plans with broader AI strategy and organizational goals • Lead delivery management of the AI Learning & Development rollout with L&D teams • Manage timelines, deliverables, and capability building across the business • Drive internal AI engagement and knowledge sharing through AI Show & Tells and collaboration with AI Champions • Maintain the master view of internal efficiency and customer-facing AI use cases, milestones, performance metrics, and benefit cases • Identify and manage cross-programme dependencies and unblock technical and operational friction points • Surface prioritization trade-offs to leadership • Own the AI Steering Group rhythm and coordinate ExCo and C-suite briefing decks • Capture governance decisions and hold action owners accountable • Collaborate with delivery squads and domain leads to quantify efficiency gains, eliminate overlapping efforts, and maintain delivery standards

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record of managing and delivering complex, large-scale technology or digital transformation programmes end-to-end within a fast-paced environment • Exceptional capability to build relationships, align priorities, and influence stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to multidisciplinary delivery teams • Strong expertise in establishing programme governance frameworks, roadmap tracking, and quantifying concrete business benefits and ROI • Exceptional skill in mapping complex cross-functional dependencies, resolving delivery blockers, and facilitating prioritization decisions with senior stakeholders • Deep, hands-on knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, lifecycle management, and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Linear • Ability to translate multi-stream delivery metrics and complex technical updates into clear narratives and dashboards for ExCo and C-suite leadership • Fintech delivery and programme experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment highly desirable • Solid understanding of and genuine curiosity for AI highly desirable • Banking background, including navigating regulatory, risk, and governed environments, highly desirable
